There was no air conditioning and no fan. In 40 degrees heat the apartment was not comfortable. The kitchen utensils are extremely limited - there is nothing to make coffee with and not even cups are provided.

The hotel is great value-for-money, with prices that won't break the bank. The included breakfast in the central restaurant is a nice touch, and the staff is friendly and supportive. The rooms are well-equipped, with basic amenities and a nice balcony to relax on. The location is convenient, close to Montado Golf Club and the beautiful Troia peninsula.

Best value: The facilities are nice and clean in general. I like the swimming pool and pretty flowers in the premises. Breakfast is also good. The room is spacious(though the bed is a bit small).

The address of the hotel is not shown on my navigation(GPS). We had a great difficulty in arriving the place. Those who have an on-line reservation should print the map in advance.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly loved the nice balcony where I could relax and enjoy the rural surroundings. The hotel also had a swimming pool, which was a good size and well-maintained.
